Tell me I'm not alone
I'm quite certain that finding a solution for world hunger among the infinite time I'll need to refinish the ghastly cupboards and popcorn ceiling in my kitchen could happen...

JUst this past weekend, at a dinner party, I announced that the BEST thing I did in 2010 was throw out all of my tupperware and buy 12 pieces of glass storage wear with snap-on lids. My tupperware drawer is a dream to look at now. Seriously. No mismatched anything. All organized. And then my husband mocked me senselessly for saying this was the best thing I did in 2010. But it might be!
We just threw away everything that didn't have a match and bought some new containers...much better. We have a textured ceiling and I hate it...I can't wait to take it down. Oh and now I have Michael Jackson's "You are not alone" in my head.

every once in a while, I toss all the tupperware and replace it. Usually around the time a piece (or 4) have fallen on my head one too many times!
I agree with Lindsay - get rid of that stuff up there and get a new set - I vote for glass! Glass + Kiddos = More blogging ;)
i am slowing getting rid of all of that stuff and moving to glass, which is so much prettier to look at.
but, i would love to come help you out...you know organizing is my middle name! too bad i am stuck in this cold MN weather and not closer.

Hahahah! This is why I like the kind that you can snap the lid to the bottom of the container for storing.
I have the same cupboard! Life is too short to match Tupperware or socks!
