Smooching my dish towel

Remember the snazz'ed up tea towel I mentioned last week?  Well, I made one!  Complete with ruffle!
I don't think you understand how monumentous this is for me to dress up a dish towel.  I even broke the sewing needle into three (three!!) parts while doing it - that's how normally awful I am when it comes to fabric textiles.

Is it possible love something as benign as a ruffly dish towel?

Yes, yes it is.

  6. Thanks, everyone! It took me about 20 minutes from start to finish. Well, add in about 10 minutes to account for the broken needle and then trying to figure out how to fix it. So under 30 minutes is a good estimate!

  8. Umm hello! This is awesome and such a cute color combination! By the way, don't be too jealous about the premature 80-90 degree days last week. I went to Pennsylvania this weekend for a wedding and it was 38 on Friday. Seriously. 90 on Tuesday, and then snow flurries and 30's on Friday- and only 3 hours away from each other. Yoi!
